• On the company side, those responsible for reviewing proposals quickly assess and can respond to requests based on criteria they’ve set. Proposals that meet their criteria can be more thoroughly reviewed and contacted for more information or the request simply fulfilled in some cases. Proposals that don’t meet their needs are informed quickly, but the information is retained should criteria or circumstances change.
