There is no charge to use the system. To submit a proposal, the best thing to do is go to our client’s website and be referred by them to our system. Their website typically has information you need to know before submitting. Otherwise, simply log in if you're already registered or register to create a new account. Simply choose the type of request you are making, fill out the information, and submit it. Your proposal is then immediately sent to the right people, and is presented in a format that makes it easier for them to review and respond to your request.
